1. About us

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@tanyamalikchawla.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used unlawfully, or pose a risk to other members or the Platform.

4. Health & medical disclaimer

Biology By Design™ provides educational information and self-directed tools only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

• The content, protocols, dashboards, and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report are for general educational and informational purposes and are based on the information you provide.
• Nothing on the Platform creates a doctor-patient, clinical, or other professional relationship.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, supplement, exercise, medication, or health programme, and before acting on anything you read or receive on the Platform.
• The RCA report and any suggestions are informational only, are not a clinical diagnosis, and should be reviewed with a qualified practitioner.
• In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or a qualified doctor immediately. Do not rely on the Platform for urgent or emergency care.
• Results and experiences vary from person to person; we do not guarantee any specific health, wellness, or other outcome.

5. Our products & services

The Platform offers digital products and services, which may include:

• Rebuilds (structured courses) and Blueprints (protocols), which are educational digital content;
• the Root Cause Analysis (RCA), a paid tool where you submit intake information and health documents to receive an informational report;
• the biology dashboard and self-assessment tools;
• the community, and workshops or events (which may be free or paid).

All products are digital and are delivered electronically through the Platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. We may add, change, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.

6. Pricing, payments & taxes

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a purchase you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms. We do not store your full card or bank details.
• You confirm that the payment information you use is your own and lawfully usable by you.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

7. Access & licence to content

On successful payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased digital content for your own personal use. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or create derivative works from any Platform content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

8. Cancellations & refunds

As our products are digital, sales are generally final and non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions (such as duplicate or erroneous charges) described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please read it before purchasing.

9. Member content & community conduct

You are responsible for the content you submit, post, or upload. You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing;
• give medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice to other members, or impersonate a healthcare professional;
• share others' personal or health information without their consent;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial purpose.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display the content you submit solely to operate and provide the Platform. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Health documents you submit

Where you upload documents (for example, lab, blood, microbiome, or genetic reports) as part of the RCA or other tools, you confirm you are entitled to share them and consent to our processing them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Such data is treated as sensitive personal data.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, courses, protocols, reports, graphics, logos, the marks “Biology By Design™”, “Tanya Malik Chawla™”, and “Female Healthspan™”, and the underlying software, is owned by or licensed to BeAgeless Health Solutions Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence in Section 7.

12. Third-party services & links

The Platform relies on third-party services (such as payment, hosting, video, and authentication providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content or report is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeAgeless Health Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeAgeless Health Solutions Pvt Ltd and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Platform unlawfully or in a way that harms others. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18) will survive.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
